Digital content unlocks right away, so it is generally non-refundable. If something went wrong with your purchase, tell us and we will make it right.
This policy covers paid purchases in our games, such as scenarios, packs, and cosmetic items. Payments are handled by Stripe.
When you buy a scenario or pack, it unlocks in your account straight away and you can start using it immediately. Because you get the content the moment you pay, these purchases are generally non-refundable once they are delivered.
That said, we are two people who want players treated fairly. Email contact@lakesidegames.net within 14 days of your purchase and we will sort it out if:
Tell us your Lakeside ID, what you bought, and what happened. If a refund is the right fix, we will process it back to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds usually take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Patreon support is a recurring pledge, not a game purchase, and is managed through Patreon under their terms. You can cancel a pledge anytime from your Patreon account.
